Urban Rescue had always been a three piece band but after bringing in some friends to record “City Sessions - Live in Los Angeles” in 2017 they were ready to try something new. Urban Rescue’s City Sessions Band is a 6 piece band that has now opened for Kim Walker-Smith of Jesus Culture and headlined in Southern California. The combination of keys, cello, and vocal adds a new sound Urban Rescue hopes to inspire the global church to take part in. From their Youtube live videos to powerful moments on stage, this band is pushing worship music to a new level.

Urban Rescue is a revival band from Los Angeles. Fronted by Jordan Frye, Urban Rescue is on mission to inspire the next generation of believers to see their churches, communities, and cities awakened by the Gospel of Jesus Christ. With an untamed passion for worship emerging from pain and trials, the band has a heart to see broken cities and lives restored.

In Fall 2017 they released a special audio/visual project, CITY SESSIONS - LIVE IN LOS ANGELES, independently reaching the TOP TEN iTunes Christian & Gospel Charts and garnering over 100k views on YouTube. Urban Rescue's 2016 full-length album, WILD HEART debuted at #1 on both the US & UK Christian Music charts. With singles like "Never Stop" and "Song of My Father" making their way onto the national radio waves.

Urban Rescue got the finish 2017 on road with Kim Walker-Smith of Jesus Culture, supporting her solo album #OnMySideTour. They spent their Spring 2017 on The Rock & Worship Roadshow, while 2016 was spent traveling US and UK with Rend Collective, even hopping on The OutCry Tour in Fall. Urban Rescue has had the opportunity to support Hillsong United, Phil Wickham, Mercy Me, Jordan Feliz, David Crowder, and more.
